1. In view of the strict requirements for toy safety in Europe, America and other countries, and the frequent claims of foreign consumers from domestic toy manufacturers due to safety issues

occur. The safety of toys must arouse great attention from relevant personnel.

a. Hand-made needles must be placed on the fixed soft bag, and cannot be directly inserted into the toy, so that people can leave the needle and pull it out;

b. If the needle is broken, you must find another needle, and then report the two needles to the supervisor of the workshop team to exchange for a new needle. If you cannot find the toy with the broken needle, you must look for it through the prober;

c. Only one working needle can be issued per hand. All steel tools should be placed uniformly, not arbitrarily placed;

d. Use the steel brush for bristles correctly. After brushing, you should feel the bristles with your hands.

2. The accessories on the toy body, including eyes, nose, buttons, ribbons, bow ties, etc., may be torn off and swallowed by children (consumers), causing danger. Therefore, all accessories must be fastened tightly and meet the tensile requirements.

a. The eyes and nose must bear the pulling force of 21LBS;

b. Ribbons, flowers, and buttons must withstand the pulling force of 4LBS;

c. The post quality inspector must frequently test the tension of the above accessories, and sometimes find problems, and solve them together with the engineer and the workshop;

3. All plastic bags for packaging toys must be printed with warnings and punched at the bottom to prevent children from putting them on their heads.

4. All filaments and nets must have warnings and age signs.

5. All the fabrics and accessories of toys must not contain toxic chemicals, so as to avoid the danger of children's tongue licking;

6. No scissors, drill bits and other metal objects should be left in the packing box.
